I’m Karyn Dauwer, a Sales and Relationship Coach and Certified Coach Practitioner since 2008. My approach centers on helping sales professionals become someone their clients can confidently rely on.

Trust is earned when your words and actions consistently match. It grows when you listen to understand, ask thoughtful questions, explain options honestly, and follow through on your commitments. It means putting the client’s interests first—even when that means giving them an answer that doesn’t lead to an immediate sale.

During more than 30 years in the mortgage industry as a top producer, I learned how much those actions matter. Clients are making significant decisions. They need to know you understand their concerns, respect their choices, and will remain dependable after the transaction is complete.

My background includes opening branches, managing production goals, and training and mentoring new loan officers. I’ve coached mortgage and real estate professionals, served as a Certified Mentor for Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness, and worked as an International Coach with Tom Ferry Inc. My training also includes one year of Sandler President’s Club.

I created Build Lasting Client Relationships to teach the everyday skills behind earning trust: listening, clear communication, honest recommendations, consistent follow-up, and keeping promises. Scripts, exercises, and accountability help you practice those skills in your own business.

My goal is to help you become the professional clients feel comfortable choosing, returning to, and recommending to others.
